Explore India Journeys

This project was executed during my part time Job at Explore India Journeys Inc., a Canada-based luxury travel agency specializing in curated tours to India and Asia. I managed SEO, social media strategy, website content, print media design, and event promotions to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

Objectives

  1. Improve search engine visibility for travel and India tour–related keywords.
  2. Build a strong brand identity through consistent digital and print media campaigns.
  3. Increase social media engagement with tailored content calendars and event coverage.
  4. Generate qualified travel leads through optimized blogs, landing pages, and brochures.

My Role

  1. Keyword Research & Content Planning: Conducted detailed keyword analysis for blogs and Google Ads, targeting high-volume travel terms like India tours, customized packages, and luxury travel.
  2. Content Calendar & Social Media Management: Created monthly multi-platform content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and website blogs, including captions, hashtags, and posting schedules to maximize reach and engagement.
  3. Website SEO & Blog Management: Planned and wrote SEO-friendly blogs, updated itineraries, tracked analytics, and implemented ongoing SEO improvements to boost rankings.
  4. Media & Event Marketing: Designed brochures, 2025 travel calendars, and created video/photo content for events like Vancouver International Travel Expo 2024 and Explorer’s Evening Calgary.
  5. Print Media & Ads: Designed print ads for Explore India and Explore World, featured in the Globe and Mail and other promotional channels.
  6. Client Communication & Reporting: Delivered regular performance updates, analyzed engagement KPIs, and ensured seamless collaboration with internal teams.

Achievements

  1. Increased organic website traffic and blog visibility with targeted keywords.
  2. Built a cohesive brand identity across social, website, and offline channels (brochures, travel expo campaigns).
  3. Successfully managed two brands simultaneously (Explore India & Explore World) with tailored content strategies.
  4. Designed high-impact print media and event promotions resulting in increased brand recognition among target audiences.
  5. Developed an SEO and content strategy framework now used for ongoing marketing campaigns.
