
This project was executed as part of my contribution to our family’s textile business, Star Enterprises, where I spearheaded the company’s digital transformation to build its online presence and attract more B2B leads.
Objectives
- Establish a modern online presence with a website and social media branding.
- Create a Google Business Profile and ensure proper local SEO visibility.
- List products on IndiaMART, India’s largest B2B platform, to capture wholesale leads.
- Generate consistent inbound leads through digital marketing and cold calling strategies.
My Role
- Digital Transformation Lead: Coordinated with a third-party agency for website and social media development.
- B2B Listing & Local SEO: Personally initiated and managed Google Business Profile setup and IndiaMART listing.
- Product & Content Management: Handled product photography, content updates, and catalog management for online listings.
- Lead Generation: Managed inquiries and conducted cold calls to convert leads into sales.
- Performance Tracking: Ensured digital assets were optimized for long-term visibility and ongoing lead generation.
Achievements
- Successfully launched Star Enterprises’ first-ever digital presence, making the brand visible online.
- Generated ₹25L revenue from a ₹1.5L investment through IndiaMART leads and digital assets.
- Established digital infrastructure that continues to bring leads even today with minimal ongoing costs.
