
Virtual Pay Solutions is a fintech startup focused on crypto remittance and API-driven payment solutions. The company’s mission was to simplify remittances by leveraging blockchain APIs and building a secure, scalable web app. As a Marketing & Admin Associate, I worked during a pivotal growth stage where the company was setting up its digital presence, testing product-market fit, and reaching its first set of customers in North America.
Objective
- Establish a strong digital presence through SEO, website content, and social media.
- Create brand awareness in the competitive crypto payments and remittance industry.
- Leverage AI-powered content to increase engagement and inbound interest.
- Support internal operations through reporting, presentations, and workflow automation.
My Role
- SEO & Website: Worked on technical SEO, Google SERP ranking, and optimized content for remittance-related keywords.
- Social Media: Built and managed the company’s social media from scratch (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Posted images, carousels, and newsletters before scaling to AI-generated video campaigns.
- AI Content Creation: From May to July 2025, I produced AI avatars and faceless videos using HeyGen (boss avatar), ElevenLabs (voice clones), Sora AI (video generation), VEED AI (faceless reels), and Canva for editing. Scripts and research were powered by ChatGPT & Perplexity AI.
- Automation: Implemented Make Automation workflows to streamline repetitive video and reporting processes.
- Cross-functional Support: Designed presentations, created documents, collaborated on branding decks, and supported admin workflows.
Achievements
- 400% uplift in engagement across the company’s social media in just one month of AI video posting.
- Generated organic traffic & inbound leads through social media campaigns and SEO-optimized blogs.
- Produced 10+ AI avatar videos and 20+ faceless reels that became the primary driver of brand visibility.
- Created presentations and reports for leadership that shaped strategic decisions.
- Successfully transitioned from part-time (March–April) to full-time (April–July) after proving value in marketing execution and innovation.
